Sanofi – Internal Vaccination Campaign – 2026
Internal Vaccination Campaign – 2026
The challenge
Sanofi launched an internal vaccination campaign to encourage employees across offices in Europe and the United States to get vaccinated against Flu and COVID-19.
The challenge was to create a more engaging and approachable campaign, moving away from traditional corporate healthcare communication while maintaining
a strong and trustworthy message.
To support the pitch process, I used AI-driven workflows to rapidly explore concepts, develop key visuals, and create presentation-ready campaign assets for the
final proposal.
Insight
To make the campaign more engaging and memorable, the concept was inspired by the visual language of classic arcade games — especially Pac-Man.
The idea was to place Flu and COVID viruses in the role of the original game ghosts, while the vaccine takes the place of Pac-Man itself. This playful visual approach helped transform a serious health topic into a lighter and more approachable internal campaign, while still reinforcing the importance of vaccination.
Concept Development
Starting from the Pac-Man-inspired concept, I used AI-driven image generation to rapidly explore different visual directions for the campaign.
Using Nano Banana, I created a series of visuals inspired by classic arcade game aesthetics combined with European and American winter environments — reinforcing both the gaming reference and the seasonal vaccination context.
This approach allowed for fast concept iteration, visual experimentation, and the creation of presentation-ready campaign assets during the pitch process.
KV Development
After selecting one of the AI-generated concepts, I moved into the development of the final key visual for the campaign.
Using a combination of Photoshop AI tools and traditional editing techniques, I refined the image, adjusted visual elements, and adapted the campaign to Sanofi’s visual system — ensuring the final direction aligned with the brand identity while maintaining the playful arcade-inspired concept.
Digital Campaign Assets
Once the key visual was established, I expanded the campaign into a series of digital communication assets for internal promotion.
This included Viva Engage posts, banners, and infographic materials designed to maintain visual consistency across different touchpoints while translating the campaign concept into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand communication for employees.
Office Activation Concepts
To extend the campaign experience beyond digital communication, I also developed activation concepts for vaccination days inside Sanofi offices.
The proposals included environmental stickers, branded photo booth experiences, and exclusive campaign-themed band-aids designed to make the vaccination moment more engaging, playful, and memorable for employees.
All activation mockups and visual simulations were created using Nano Banana and ChatGPT-assisted workflows, allowing for rapid concept development and realistic presentation-ready visualizations.
Results
The project successfully helped the agency win the pitch for Sanofi’s global internal vaccination campaign.
Following the approval of the concept, the next phase of the project moved into the development of the official worldwide campaign, expanding the creative direction into a full communication system for Sanofi offices across different regions.
