Casa Copacol (Copacol House) was a significant event that brought together employees from Copacol, one of Brazil’s largest agricultural cooperatives, representing various cities in Paraná. The event served as a
platform to share company goals, achievements, and future perspectives, while also providing professional training and capacity-building through speeches from company directors and strategic guest speakers.

My responsibility encompassed creating the entire visual identity for the event, from logo design and color palette to all onsite identification materials including banners, panels, participant badges, and room wraps at the hotel venue. I also designed the visual assets for gamified dynamics and all digital materials such as the presentations used during the event.

The project’s strategic core was to deeply understand the company’s needs and the participants’ expectations, crafting a visual identity that balanced seriousness with approachability. The identity reinforced brand presence and cohesion across every touchpoint, fostering a unified and engaging atmosphere.

In addition, I provided creative leadership to the team, guiding both the visual direction and content development in close collaboration with copywriters, ensuring all materials aligned with the desired tone and
event objectives.
