My responsibility encompassed creating the entire visual identity for the event, from logo design and color palette to all onsite identification materials including banners, panels, participant badges, and room wraps at the hotel venue. I also designed the visual assets for gamified dynamics and all digital materials such as the presentations used during the event.
The project’s strategic core was to deeply understand the company’s needs and the participants’ expectations, crafting a visual identity that balanced seriousness with approachability. The identity reinforced brand presence and cohesion across every touchpoint, fostering a unified and engaging atmosphere.
