In partnership with Agência Cacau for Sanofi, I developed visual aids to support sales representatives in training pharmacy staff and other points of sale for the launch of Dorflex’s new packaging.

Dorflex is one of Brazil’s most recognized muscle relaxants. The project aimed to facilitate clear and effective training regarding the product’s positioning to customers and its optimal placement across pharmacy shelves, checkout areas, and other key touchpoints.

I was responsible for the entire UX strategy of the training material, including user flow, screen layouts, and button interactions, as well as the visual design of all screens. The result is an intuitive, engaging resource that empowers sales reps and enhances frontline knowledge for better customer communication.
